Overview
This Financial Analyst, FP&A role supports data-driven, financially sound decision-making by building the reporting foundation leadership relies on. It is an entry point into the FP&A team for a detail-oriented person who is curious about the business and eager to build financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders review first
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Transform raw data from financial systems into trusted reporting
- Track KPIs and proactively identify trends or variances worth escalating
- Build materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to develop analytical depth
- Streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual work and increase insight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly
- Self-starter mentality and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
