Overview
This role supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. It is an entry point into the FP&A team for a detail-oriented, curious individual who wants to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses leadership reviews first
- Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide where the organization invests next
- Transform raw data from financial systems into trusted reporting outputs
- Track KPIs and be the first to spot (and flag) meaningful trends or variances
- Build materials supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects that expand analytical skills
- Streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual work and increase insight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize data clearly
- Self-starter mindset and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Openness to truly entry-level candidates; internship and professional experience will be weighted and evaluated holistically
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
