Overview
This role supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. It serves as an entry point into the FP&A team for a detail-oriented, curious individual eager to build financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders check first
- Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide where the organization invests next
- Turn raw data from financial systems into trusted, accurate reporting
- Track KPIs and be the first to spot—and flag—trends or variances worth discussing
- Build materials behind monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting results to leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to expand analytical capability
- Streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual work and increase insight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize data clearly
- Self-starter mentality and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Openness to candidates who are truly entry level; internship and professional experience will be evaluated holistically
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
