Overview
The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting leadership relies on. This role is an entry point into the FP&A team for a detail-oriented, curious professional eager to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses leaders review first
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models used to guide future investment decisions
- Transform raw data from financial systems into trusted, accurate reporting
- Track KPIs and identify (and flag) trends or variances worth discussing
- Build materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, with work presented to leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects to expand skills
- Streamline and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly
- Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Open to true entry-level candidates; internship and professional experience will be weighted and evaluated holistically

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
