Overview
This is an on-site role based in Madison, WI.
The position involves contributing to the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Healthcare Division. The role focuses on creating accurate and timely financial and management reporting, as well as providing actionable analysis for division leadership and executive teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and enhance financial reporting processes related to actuals, forecasts, budgets, and historical results across domestic and international business groups.
- Maintain and validate reporting tools to ensure accuracy of departmental, divisional, and corporate reports and systems.
- Support the preparation of monthly and ad hoc presentations for Healthcare Global Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Assist in the creation and management of SG&A accounting environment, including invoice and spending account reviews.
- Coordinate and develop the annual budget and quarterly/monthly financial forecasts.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support internal decision-making for executive and senior management.
- Support financial IT initiatives and new system implementations within the division.
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to implement reporting tools and parameters for divisional results.
- Support Business Unit sales and operational analysis, including sourcing customer, product line, parts, operating variances, and overhead expense data.
- Regularly interact with senior management and executives across functional areas to ensure plant and division objectives are met.
- Work with Corporate Accounting to identify and resolve technical accounting issues, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Promote worker safety by assessing activities to prevent unsafe actions, stressing safe working practices, and assisting in safety audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes by identifying cost reduction and operational improvement opportunities, participating in teams, and engaging in related training.
- Perform other financial or business-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business with over 4 years of relevant experience; CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing systems linked to financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Ability to manage projects and workflows independently, resolving issues through research and communication.
- Strong follow-through skills to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to develop efficient financial planning and analysis processes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Flexibility to support team members and tasks across multiple time zones (U.S., Europe, China).
- Excellent documentation, reporting, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Italian or Spanish language skills preferred.
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as Hyperion, OneStream, IBM Cognos, SAP, AS400, LN/Infor.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools/languages including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Experience in a global/international business environment involving Europe, South America, or Asia.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $81,300 - $107,000.
