Overview
The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports sound financial decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. This role is an entry point into the organization’s FP&A team for detail-oriented, curious candidates who want to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leadership checks first
- Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models used to guide future investment decisions
- Transform raw data from financial systems into reliable reporting
- Track KPIs and identify (and flag) trends or variances worth discussion
- Build materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews and present work to leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects to expand analytical skills
- Streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and increase insight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Open to true entry-level candidates; internship and professional experience will be weighted and evaluated holistically
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize data clearly
- Self-starter mindset with willingness to take on additional responsibilities and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Compensation range: $70K - $80K
