Overview
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Pricing to join their Pricing team. This role focuses on driving deal management and contracting across multiple service business lines, supporting strategic pricing initiatives, optimizing profitability, and aligning with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial aspects of RFPs, identify opportunities, and support renewal processes through data analysis and insights.
- Partner with Commercial teams during deal reviews, sales pitches, contract negotiations, renewals, and leadership presentations.
- Standardize and implement best practices, processes, procedures, and templates related to deal management.
- Develop and utilize analytic tools such as pricing models, dashboards, trend reports, and conduct profitability, margin, and savings analyses.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and other functions.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues to support their development.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, exercising sound judgment within broad policies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic pricing, deal management, and financial analysis with demonstrated profit growth.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations teams.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to support both structured and unstructured business initiatives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
