Overview
This role is responsible for managing customer credit, cash applications, and collections activities. It requires regular interaction with multiple business areas and ongoing communication with an international customer base.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer credit limits
- Interface with customers regarding collection activities
- Provide regular reporting on collection status
- Obtain payment remittance details
- Support internal cash forecasting processes
- Create the company Aged Trial Balance
- Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications within a corporate finance environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently with limited supervision and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle systems
- Prior experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable for an international company
- Familiarity with Government and Customer billing systems

- Full-time salary range: $61,278 - $104,173 (based on market pay structures and individual qualifications)
