Role Description
The EDP Staff II position focuses on assisting clients in optimizing the execution of their financial programs. This role involves collaboration with federal agencies or large corporations to enhance financial operations by applying technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication. Responsibilities include supporting audit readiness, remediation efforts, and financial reporting processes. The position requires a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to bring clarity to complex financial scenarios in unstructured environments. Professional growth is encouraged through reflection, feedback, and exposure to diverse situations.
Responsibilities
- Develop self-awareness through feedback and reflection to identify strengths and areas for development

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to maintain SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or an advanced degree in these fields if undergraduate degree is in another area)
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing accounting, finance, business management, or IT services to federal agencies or Fortune 500 companies
- Experience with audit readiness, audit remediation, and financial statement audits
- At least 1 year of experience with DoD ERP/SAP and Logistic Systems
- Proven experience supporting audit processes within federal government frameworks
