Responsibilities
- Review and maintain financial records related to group airfare, airline coordination, passenger records, group travel service, fare requests, and booking operations.
- Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, payroll inputs, or supporting documentation.
- Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or required follow-up.
- Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.
- Communicate professionally to request additional information from customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams.
- Protect sensitive business information and follow documented approval and record-retention procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and finance, billing, payroll, or record-management workflows appropriate to the role.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams.
- Relevant coursework or practical experience is useful; role-equivalent experience can also qualify where appropriate.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
