Overview
This role involves supporting accurate financial, billing, payroll, account, and transaction records, along with routine reporting. Work is performed remotely from the United States.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain financial analyst records related to luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.
- Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, payroll inputs, or supporting documentation.
- Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or required follow-up.
- Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.
- Communicate professionally when additional customer, vendor, employee, or internal information is needed.
- Protect sensitive business information and follow documented approval and record-retention procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and finance, billing, payroll, or record-management workflows appropriate to the role.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams.
- Relevant coursework or practical experience is useful; role-equivalent experience may also qualify where appropriate.
- A pre-employment background check is required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
