Overview

A leading organization in the Enterprise Technology sector is seeking a Financial Benefit Analyst to join their team remotely (Pacific Standard Time hours). This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives to enhance business visibility and decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location

  • Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

  • $125,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Draft accurate exhibits for client meetings
  • Create and analyze client utilization reports
  • Prepare monthly reporting for clients
  • Analyze benchmarks for client competitiveness
  • Maintain relationships with carrier partners
  • Keep internal market information organized and current
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with database applications
  • Knowledge of group insurance products such as medical, dental, pharmacy, life, and disability
  • Familiarity with financial analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for reporting
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python with pandas)
