Overview
A financial data analyst position is available to support reporting, data analysis, business insights, and data quality workflows. This role focuses on transforming structured data into clear, actionable reports to aid operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and operational review.
- Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate findings clearly through summaries, charts, and structured updates.
- Maintain data quality, repeatable reporting workflows, and accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and data.
- Ability to organize information clearly and explain findings in practical terms.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred.
- Reliable communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Familiarity with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems.
- Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
