Overview

This role involves working as a Financial Operations Analyst within the Rebate Operations department of a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Registration team. The position supports financial registration for new and existing client implementations in the PBM business. The analyst will review client pricing terms, identify inaccuracies, complete pricing implementations in the rebate system, and support various requests to prevent financial misstatements. The role requires collaboration across teams and departments to meet key enterprise goals and resolve issues related to internal controls or service failures.

Responsibilities

  • Review client pricing terms and identify inaccuracies
  • Complete pricing implementations within the rebate system
  • Support requests and provide feedback on client setups to identify potential financial issues
  • Manage workflows and ensure deliverables meet targeted metrics and goals
  • Collaborate individually and as part of a team across departments
  • Proactively resolve issues arising from internal controls or service failures

Requirements

  • 6+ months of professional work experience (internships count)
  • 1+ years of intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience in PBM and/or healthcare
  • Experience working with internal and external clients
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with Salesforce

Compensation & Benefits

  • Typical pay range: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 annually
  • Actual salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors
  • Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
