Overview

The organization is recruiting financial services professionals to contribute to an AI research project. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language. Project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise, and the program runs year-round.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry-specific prompts
• Evaluate LLM responses
• Contribute to project work as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in one or more of the following roles:
  • Credit Authorizers, Checkers, and Clerks
  • Financial Risk Specialists
  • Bank tellers
• Ability to participate in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI labs

Location

• Remote and asynchronous — work independently from wherever you are
• Flexible hours; no minimum commitment to hours

• Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.
