The organization is seeking a Fiscal Technician 3 for the College of Medicine, Business Services. This is a part time (50% FTE), permanent position that is overtime eligible.

As Fiscal Technician 3, you will perform a variety of complex and technical fiscal processes with minimal oversight. You will use independent judgment to interpret and apply fiscal procedures and guidelines while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university policies and procedures. This work includes managing a variety of funding sources for the College of Medicine, including state accounts, grants, and unrestricted funds. Customer service is expected, often during heavy workload periods and tight deadlines.

Monthly salary: $1,826.50 to $2,433 Monthly (Prorated salary at .5 FTE) | Range 40 (Steps A–M).
Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
Per RCW 49.58.110, the salary listed reflects the full salary range for this position; individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
