Overview
This fully remote role supports the organization’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy through financial analysis and the development of scalable FP&A processes aligned with company growth. The position reports to the Director, FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly GTM reporting, including:
- Pipeline generation
- Conversion
- CAC and pipe-to-spend by channel
- Variance analysis for leadership
- Own the GTM budget and re-forecast cycle, including:
- The demand-gen envelope
- In-year reallocation across channels
- Build and own the pipeline coverage model, defining how much pipeline must be created by segment and channel to hit bookings targets
- Own GTM unit economics, including:
- CAC
- Payback
- LTV
- Net revenue retention
- Measurement standards behind these metrics
- Act as a thought partner on sales capacity planning, including quota coverage, rep ramp, territory productivity, and headcount needs
- Partner with the CRO and CMO as the finance counterpart in pipeline reviews, channel investments, and budget reallocation
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience; ideally in investment banking, private equity, or GTM/sales finance at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce reporting, and AI tooling (nice to have: demonstrated experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience partnering effectively across departments
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure
- Comfort operating where attribution is imperfect, including identifying when a number is not sufficient to plan and proposing fixes
- Intellectual curiosity and a structured, problem-solving approach to breaking down complex challenges
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 to $175,000
