FP&A Manager

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be tailored to full-time, part-time, or periodic engagement. The position involves contributing financial expertise to improve AI Assistant models designed to support finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model intelligence and reliability

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning skills
• Formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in progress or completed is strongly preferred but not mandatory

Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
