- Senior FP&A Analyst position supporting the U.S. Glass segment
This role supports accurate financial reporting and forecasting and provides analysis to inform leadership decisions. Work closely with operations to strengthen financial understanding and support strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses, and support quarterly earnings and monthly business reviews
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting the business
- Produce weekly and monthly financial reports with variance analysis at multiple organizational levels
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports, including sales, customer tracking, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze monthly close P&L statements and store-level financials
- Develop and implement new reporting tools based on business needs
- Present financial analysis and forecasts to business partners regularly
- Manage forecasting for expenses and contribute to annual expense budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate across business functions
- Skilled at communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous process and tool improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $76,900.00 - $137,300.00 annually
