Fund Accounting Operations Support (Philippines)

Overview

The organization is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Operations Support to join its Fund Accounting Service Team (FAST). This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants to build experience in investment fund accounting and financial operations.

This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, with required overlap with US business hours for team collaboration, period-end closes, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fund accounting tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures
• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies promptly
• Evaluate portfolio company events and data, and assist in determining the appropriate valuation action for each investment
• Assist with pulling supporting documents for external auditors to help ensure timely completion of fund audits
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and capital account statements
• Maintain and update fund accounting data across systems, including data cleanup projects
• Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and documentation as FAST scales

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting at a fund administrator
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable learning and working with accounting software and financial systems
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during required business hours
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crypto/digital asset accounting (plus, but not required)
