Overview
This role is a professional consulting position with full ownership of client outcomes. You will guide a portfolio of clients through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with partner banks.
Responsibilities
- Own the client journey: Guide 40–60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with partner banks.
- Ensure accountability: Keep clients on track using strong accountability and structured follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks: Understand clients and their businesses, anticipate issues, and address missing critical details.
- Provide guidance with candor: Deliver support using structured checks and direct, respectful communication.
- Build long-term partnerships: Develop durable client relationships based on expertise, trust, authentic care, and clear communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor: Earn respect as a finance/credit/business-growth expert.
What Success Looks Like
- 10+ clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month
- 95%+ of clients achieving their funding milestone within projected timelines
- 4.5+ Trustpilot rating and 10% referral rate for clients
Requirements
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration or finance)
- Experience: 2+ years in one or more of the following, with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment:
- business funding consulting
- credit stacking
- corporate banking
- consulting
- private equity
- other comparable roles
- Domain knowledge: Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes (at minimum, understanding of a P&L)

Availability
- 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US work hours
- Remote
- Ability to travel up to 4 times per year for one week

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000
- On-Target Earnings (variable tied to # Clients Fulfilled and # Referrals):
- Good Performer: $106,000 (achievable after 6 months)
- High Performer: $163,000 (achievable from the 2nd year onwards for top performers)
- Work arrangement: Flexible remote work in US hours
- Employment status: W-2 conversion after 6 months (first 6 months will be 1099 / contract)

Location & Travel
- Remote role with US work hours.
- Onboarding: In-person week in Munich, Germany or New Jersey, USA.
Timeline
- Ramp up time: 2 weeks to receive first clients; approximately 6 months to full productivity
