Overview
This remote contract role is for a Global Investment Strategist specializing in financial investment analysis. The position involves developing and maintaining complex financial models, conducting comprehensive financial and investment analyses, and preparing detailed financial reports for stakeholders. The role supports the advancement of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world financial input.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and valuation frameworks to assess business opportunities and risks.
- Conduct thorough financial and investment analyses to evaluate business performance, identify improvement areas, and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and presentations, incorporating data analysis and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business strategies using financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support business growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with DCF, LBO, and valuation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools, with experience in data visualization and presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis, with a solid understanding of financial markets and trends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $154 - $210
- Fully remote position allowing work from anywhere.
