Insurance Auditor

Overview

This role is fully remote.

An Insurance Auditor conducts on-site and virtual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of payroll, financial, and operational data. You will prepare detailed audit reports, manage client appointments independently, and maintain a structured schedule to support reliable audit services.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch from home and manage daily client appointments
• Conduct on-site and virtual audits reviewing payroll, financial, and operational records
• Evaluate data for compliance and accuracy
• Prepare clear and organized audit documentation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support audit processes

Requirements

• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conferencing software, and Microsoft programs
• Professional attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, education, marketing, or business
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial analysis, or premium audit
• Experience as a loan officer or office manager

Compensation & Benefits

• $42,000 to $55,000 annually
