Overview

This role is for Senior-level finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Research Analysts within a private capital ecosystem serving fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets. The position operates on an independent contractor basis through a certification and verification process rather than traditional employment.

Responsibilities

Approved analysts will:

  • Gain visibility and promotion within the platform
  • Access real deal flow and compensated analytical assignments
  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions
  • Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

Work is performed only in approved categories, which are earned through assessment and performance.

Typical assignments include:

Financial Modeling & Valuation:

  • 3-statement financial models
  • Commercial real estate underwriting
  • DCF and LBO modeling
  • Sensitivity and scenario analysis
  • Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
  • Valuation summary preparation ("football field")

Due Diligence & Investment Support:

  • Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
  • Commercial and operational diligence
  • Risk assessment
  • Investment memo support

Requirements

Candidates must meet at least one of the following:

  • Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
  • Complete approved financial training
  • Hold an active professional credential such as CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent

Analyst Levels & Compensation

Additional deal-based compensation:

  • Up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
  • Maximum deal-based earning capped at $2,500 per transaction

Payments are issued after successful deal completion and fee collection.

Certification & Approval Process

  • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
  • Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
  • Get verified on the platform
  • Begin earning income immediately on hourly projects and live deal work

Compliance

Analysts do not:

  • Provide investment advice
  • Solicit securities
  • Represent the organization in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
