Overview
The organization is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior for the Treasury department, based in-office within the Midland organization footprint.
This role involves previous day reconciliations, overnight investing, disbursement transaction processing (Wire and ACH), and audit reporting. The position also supports Midland management with key statistics on transaction volume and bank account balances. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
Sponsorship for employment visas is not provided for this position, and the organization will not participate in STEM OPT.
Responsibilities
- Apply specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity, including increased communication and autonomy.
- Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document requirements, accurate processing of transactions, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Commercial real estate loans may include CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans.
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in loan servicing activities.
- Perform servicing activities in compliance with servicing agreements, loan documentation, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties.
- Review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reporting, including investor, internal, and regulatory reports.
- Perform covenant compliance testing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system.
- Support onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans.
- Support tax and insurance administration.
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts.
- May have funds disbursement authority.
- Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and support risk mitigation efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter resource and may provide specialty product training.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors
- Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
