Manager of Strategic Finance

Overview

This is a fully remote role.

The organization operates in strategic finance and business development, using detailed financial analysis and strategic initiatives to support growth. This position plays a key role in shaping strategic direction through executive-ready analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluation and support
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies and business cases for new products or markets
• Partner with business leaders and executives to analyze unit economics and ROI
• Evaluate build-versus-buy and partnership decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on high-priority projects
• Design AI-enabled reporting frameworks and dashboards for real-time strategic insights
• Implement AI-driven analysis and process automation to scale financial research and reporting

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Proactive use of AI tools to enhance research, modeling, and analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear frameworks
• Effective executive communication and storytelling skills
• Proven cross-functional collaboration capability
• Self-starter with a bias toward action in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000–$185,000 (DOE)
