Manager - Revenue Assurance

Overview

The organization is seeking a Manager - Revenue Assurance to lead revenue assurance operations, governance, and risk management for product, pricing, promotional, and billing-related changes. This role oversees revenue assurance monitoring, validation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to protect revenue integrity, ensure billing accuracy, and support operational effectiveness through leadership of a revenue assurance team.

This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which the organization operates.

Responsibilities

• Revenue assurance governance and intake management

  • Oversee governance and intake processes for product, pricing, promotional, and billing-related changes.
  • Review and approve requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.

• Revenue Assurance monitoring and reporting

  • Oversee revenue assurance reporting, performance metrics, trend analysis, exception monitoring, and risk identification activities.

• Business initiatives and stakeholder coordination

  • Lead revenue assurance activities for projects and business initiatives, including impact assessment, issue resolution, risk identification, and status reporting.

• People leadership

  • Manage performance, development, workload, and priorities of revenue assurance team members.

• Validation, testing oversight, and issue analysis

  • Oversee validation and testing activities for product, pricing, promotional, billing, and system changes.
  • Review results, exceptions, and billing outcomes; direct issue investigation and root cause analysis efforts.

• Process improvement and automation

  • Lead process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives related to revenue assurance activities and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR 4+ years professional work experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in billing systems, revenue assurance, product catalog, financial analysis, or business operations.
• 3+ years’ leadership experience, including people leadership, project leadership, or cross-functional initiative leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience analyzing data, billing outcomes, revenue assurance risks, and business impacts in a complex technical, billing, product, or operational environment.
• Demonstrated project management, prioritization, resource coordination, and business decision support skills.
• Experience implementing governance, quality assurance, internal control, process improvement, or operational readiness standards.
• Ability to build productive working relationships, influence stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams through complex business changes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional testing, validation signoff, or release readiness activities for billing-impacting changes.
• Wireless, broadband, telecommunications, or subscription-based billing experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, reporting tools, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience with product catalog and billing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial, technical, and operational issues for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range

• $99,600.00/Yr. - $161,900.00/Yr.

The listed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary. Actual offers will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, location, and role-specific competencies. Some positions may also offer additional compensation, such as bonuses or equity awards.
