Fully remote role with an organization in the telecommunications industry, delivering high-speed internet, TV entertainment, and phone services across the United States.
This role, Manager – Revenue Assurance, leads revenue assurance operations, governance, and risk management related to product, pricing, promotional, and billing changes. The position focuses on protecting revenue integrity, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting operational effectiveness by leading a revenue assurance team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee governance and intake processes for product, pricing, promotional, and billing-related changes.
- Review and approve requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage revenue assurance reporting, performance metrics, trend analysis, exception monitoring, and risk identification.
- Lead revenue assurance activities for projects and business initiatives, including impact assessment and issue resolution.
- Manage performance, development, workload, and priorities of the revenue assurance team.
- Oversee validation and testing of product, pricing, promotional, billing, and system changes.
- Direct issue investigation and root cause analysis efforts.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives related to revenue assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years professional work experience.
- 6+ years experience in billing systems, revenue assurance, product catalog, financial analysis, or business operations.
- 3+ years leadership experience including people, project, or cross-functional initiative leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with complex billing or operational environments.
- Project management skills.
- Governance and quality assurance experience.
- Experience influencing stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and telecommunications billing.
