This position involves leading a team responsible for real-time performance monitoring, strategic business intelligence, cash flow forecasting, and developing recurring financial impact narratives around cash flow and yield performance. The work bridges Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting to deliver capabilities and insights that drive performance across financial and revenue cycle metrics for key leaders and business partners.
Responsibilities
Drive Business Performance & Strategy
- Establish team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products; take full accountability for team results.
- Translate complex business challenges and strategic priorities into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Manage work across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and initiatives.
- Communicate proactively and present insights clearly to leaders at all levels; deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences.
- Apply critical thinking to remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive sustainable solutions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
- Create an environment focused on accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Provide meaningful feedback, career development support, and performance coaching.
- Foster strong team engagement and collaboration.
- Help analysts strengthen business acumen, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Advance Analytical & Technical Excellence
- Guide analytical approaches and ensure appropriate use of data to support business decisions.
- Break down large, ambiguous problems into manageable components.
- Validate results through critical thinking, business context, and analytical rigor.
- Leverage analytical tools and technologies to increase efficiency, visibility, and insight generation.
- Promote strong documentation, process discipline, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Additional Responsibilities
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes.
- Experience with modeling and/or performance forecasting, particularly related to cash flow or financial performance.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, or similar teams and initiatives.
- Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other applicable advanced degree.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools.
- Prior experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range
- $96,000.00 - $132,000.00/year.
Location-specific minimum wage details (where applicable)
If hired, the individual will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
