NetSuite ARM Functional Consultant – Manager

Overview

This role is part of the Digital Finance team within the organization’s Oracle consulting practice. The work supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to advance digital transformation goals and capture business opportunities. Responsibilities include defining Finance Systems Strategies, supporting execution, and helping implement and effectively use technology solutions such as Oracle-NetSuite to address business needs.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Extensive abilities and/or proven success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role.
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module.
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module.
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations.
  • Designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance).
  • Demonstrating understanding of financial and accounting concepts (e.g., function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations).
• Extensive abilities and/or proven success as a team leader, including:
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000
• Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
