Overview

Responsibilities

  • Process asset and liability rebalancing transactions per client directives
  • Prepare and maintain asset and liability reports
  • Serve as a daily client contact for corporate-owned life insurance and split-dollar life insurance
  • Complete daily service deliverables and operational activities to ensure quality client service
  • Administer complex Excel models for rebalancing and premium listings
  • Use Metrix and nonqualified plan administration systems for client servicing and transaction processing
  • Implement and maintain client procedures and documentation
  • Participate in client team meetings with updates on assigned responsibilities
  • Escalate requests outside service agreements to management
  • Perform quality-control reviews of client projects and deliverables
  • Communicate client project status and service expectations to team members
  • Analyze issues, evaluate data, and escalate when appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in investment operations, nonqualified plan administration, life insurance, financial services, or related fields
  • State Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and financial models
  • Basic financial and mathematical knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently and collaboratively
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $65,600.00 to $92,675.00
  • Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program; sales roles may receive sales incentives or bonuses
  • Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, licensure, and skills
