OneStream Lead Consultant

Overview

This role is with a professional services organization seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join its growing digital practice.

The consultant will support delivery of enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) solutions for clients, including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and business intelligence. Work includes everything from business requirements and solution design to technical development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Use application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support the design, build, test, and deployment of corporate/enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) solutions for clients.
• Lead or support client workshops to gather requirements and develop client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Assist in designing an infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application based on requirements documentation.
• Perform OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Build, test, and deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates, and forms to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to develop a project roadmap that includes overall solution vision and communicates initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities within clients’ business and forecasting processes to improve how planning software is utilized to drive business results and improve the accuracy and efficiency of budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in FP&A or FP&A consulting, including advising commercial companies and senior leadership.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation software.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, apply ethical knowledge, and deliver projects timely and with quality.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certified Associate.
• Strong understanding of .NET and SQL development.
• Experience working with external clients, including solution development and implementation using a leading ERP or EPM/CPM solution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $78,100 to $126,500.
• Actual compensation will depend on relevant factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
