OneStream Solution Architect

Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join its OneStream practice within its digital solutions group. This role involves leading consulting engagements and delivering OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Business Intelligence solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients using application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and develop client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design a comprehensive OneStream infrastructure framework for clients based on requirements, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts as required to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions, facilitating OneStream solution and architecture reviews and aligning across divisions.
• Oversee solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with clients to develop roadmaps covering overall solution vision, communicate initiatives across the project team, and identify opportunities to improve client financial close and planning processes using OneStream.
• Support the development and maturity of the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence (COE) technical governance framework, including standards, policies, principles, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact directly with firm and client leadership on OneStream client and engagement management.
• Stay current on advancements in OneStream’s core platform, new marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Support junior staff by helping develop training programs, leading training sessions, and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution)—OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with a minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process, including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how best to develop within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, apply ethical knowledge, show urgency, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $100,000 to $182,400.
• Actual compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
• Eligible employees receive a compensation and benefits package.
