OneStream Solution Architect

Overview

This role is for an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join a growing OneStream practice within a digital solutions organization.

The position involves leading discovery through deployment of OneStream solutions, delivering consulting services for Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Business Intelligence, and supporting solution architecture reviews and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and produce client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design an infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts as needed to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews to ensure cross-division solution alignment.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with clients to develop a project roadmap aligned to an overall solution vision; identify opportunities to improve financial close and planning processes using OneStream to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Support development and maturity of the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence (COE) technical governance framework, including standards, policies, principles, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with client leadership and internal leadership on OneStream client and engagement management.
• Stay current with advancements in OneStream’s core platform, new marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Support junior staff by contributing to training programs, leading training sessions, and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution); OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of technical architecture experience, including a minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process, including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how best to develop within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, apply ethical knowledge, show urgency, and complete projects on time.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $100,000 to $182,400.
• Actual compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other organizational needs.
• A compensation and benefits package is offered to eligible employees.
