Overview
This role involves serving as a Cost Management Analyst responsible for overseeing operational components of ongoing projects. The position acts as the primary liaison among Operations, Controllers, Compliance, Project Teams, and Site Management. Key duties include maintaining project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and establish Capital and Overhead budgets
- Support forecast activities including variance analysis and trend identification
- Conduct workforce planning, risk and opportunity assessments
- Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks
- Collaborate across functional groups to ensure project success
Requirements
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven teamwork skills with the ability to build effective relationships across functional groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analytic skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally to major RMS locations within the United States
