Overview

This role focuses on providing tax planning and tax compliance guidance to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. As part of the Finance team, you will help owners with tax compliance and planning, lead large projects, and interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

You will also be responsible for managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, and for leading and collaborating with team members virtually.

Requirements (What You Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 6 years of experience
  • CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

Preferred Qualifications (What Sets You Apart)

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Consulting experience with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning
  • Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
  • Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
  • Experience leading teams and coaching others
  • Ability to develop relationships and share planning ideas
  • Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
  • Experience leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
  • Thorough project management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $91,000 - $321,500
  • Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
  • Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
