Overview

This role is part of the Finance team, focused on providing tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of the organization.

The position involves leading large projects, innovating processes to improve tax reporting and compliance, and maintaining operational excellence. Work includes managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, along with leading and collaborating with team members virtually.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 6 years of experience
  • CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

What Sets You Apart (Preferred)

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning
  • Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
  • Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
  • Leading teams and coaching others
  • Developing relationships within the organization and sharing planning ideas
  • Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
  • Experience leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
  • Thorough project management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $91,000 - $321,500
  • Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
