Overview
This role in the Finance team provides tax compliance and tax planning guidance to the owners of the organization. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. Responsibilities also include managing partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and composite returns, and leading/collaborating with team members virtually.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
- 6 years of experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Consulting with affluent individuals on tax and financial planning
- Thorough technical skills in partnership K-1 income and state tax credits
- Experience identifying and addressing complex client needs
- Leading teams and coaching others
- Developing relationships within the organization and sharing planning ideas
- Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions
- Experience leading implementation of solutions to improve quality and reduce hours
- Thorough project management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $91,000 - $321,500
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws
- Annual discretionary bonus eligibility for all hired individuals
