Overview
A Payroll Operations Supervisor position is available, offering a remote work option with an annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000. The role is based in Radnor, PA, and involves management responsibilities within payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on union dues contract administration, wage withholding orders, employment verifications, and other payroll-related issues.
- Support the Payroll Tax team as needed.
- Coach and develop team members to ensure alignment with organizational principles and accountability standards.
- Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for union contracts, including 401k, health and welfare deductions, garnishment administration, and quarterly service award processing.
- Ensure all union payments are processed accurately to the correct general ledger accounts and remitted timely to vendors.
- Manage regulatory compliance related to the escheatment process and annual auto allowance processing.
- Oversee the monthly operational calendar and payroll processes, holding team members accountable for deliverables.
- Collaborate with Accounting to resolve payroll general ledger account variances.
- Monitor timely review and completion of payroll cases.
- Build trusting relationships through proactive customer service and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and update payroll operations process documentation and workflows.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of process enhancements.
- Supervise time analysts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of time cases impacting payroll.
- Provide support to all Payroll Operations functions as directed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or Associate's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience.
- Demonstrated experience with US and Canadian payroll taxes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
