Overview

This role provides Workday payroll settlement services to a client base in a fast-paced environment. The position is designed for an entry-level payroll professional who wants to learn the payroll business and work directly with clients to deliver payroll expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll settlements in clients’ Workday applications
  • Settle on-demand payments as requested
  • Maintain client-specific support documentation
  • Manage daily control reports
  • Perform Treasury exceptions

Qualifications

  • High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred
  • 1–2 years Payroll Customer Service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Supervisory Responsibility

  • This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
