Overview

Wage Range: $28.83 - $46.14 per hour

This is a hybrid remote position available to candidates located in Washington State only.

The posted wage range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level for jobs with multiple levels. Additional premiums may be offered based on shift, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined by relevant experience, education level, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Process employee payroll information including timesheets and deduction authorizations.
Print and transmit paychecks ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and union contracts.
Verify accuracy of premium pay changes, contract changes, union roster updates, and union due deductions.
Stay current with Human Resources and Payroll policies as well as public policy changes affecting payroll rules.
Process off-cycle checks and verify payment accuracy.
Manage garnishments and communicate related information to all parties involved.
Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and concerns, involving other staff as needed.
Submit union reports and issue checks for union dues and miscellaneous deductions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
