Overview
This is a remote opportunity for a Premium Audit Associate, with candidates required to reside in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Pennsylvania. The position offers a starting pay of $21.00 per hour and is entry-level.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of email correspondence, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses
- Review and process audit documentation received from insurance carriers
- Bill audit endorsements and establish installment plans according to carrier guidelines
- Prepare and send communications to agents regarding audit results and payment terms
- Process direct bill taxes accurately and promptly
- Monitor outstanding audits and ensure all unpaid audits are returned within each carrier’s required timeframes
- Support the Manager with additional tasks and team needs as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
