Overview
A leader in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives related to growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and demand creation. The analyst will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to translate market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies for various product offerings
- Support pricing strategies for new products and bundles across different customer segments
- Establish value-based pricing frameworks that emphasize customer value
- Build pricing models to evaluate impacts on revenue and customer lifetime value
- Analyze pricing performance after product launches and recommend adjustments based on data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing governance
- Present pricing strategies and analyses to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS pricing and packaging models
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for pricing scenarios
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving product offerings
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data analysis tools including Excel and R
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience using project management software like JIRA or Asana
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $115,578 – $135,000
