Overview
A leading plasma services organization is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team within the Plasma-Derived Therapies business unit. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence business financial decisions through advanced data analysis, strategic insight, and collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and connect raw data from multiple sources to uncover patterns and deliver actionable business insights.
- Assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support pricing and forecasting projects using advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and data visualization.
- Develop machine learning models (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive retention, segmentation, elasticity) to improve business operations and donor insights.
- Manage the experimentation lifecycle from design through analysis, validating opportunities and scaling successful strategies.
- Establish best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
- Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.
- Proficiency with PySpark, Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical findings into clear business narratives.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.

Compensation & Benefits
- Location: Remote (USA - IL - Bannockburn or Massachusetts)
- Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $141,240.00 annually, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
- Eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
