Overview
This role involves developing pricing models and conducting pricing analysis to support business objectives in a security and identity verification context. The position requires balancing customer value, product demand, and revenue optimization while ensuring compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop pricing models and conduct pricing analysis using financial models, competitive research, and historical performance data
- Balance customer value, product demand, and business objectives to optimize revenue and margin
- Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts
- Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal company policies, and solicitation requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Contracts, Program Management Office (PMO), Compliance, and HR on proposals and portfolio processes
- Interface with client and internal auditors to provide audit support and clarify financial data, methodology, and regulatory applicability
- Create and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reports
- Advise on pre-contract discussions and contract award negotiations as appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role
- Experience with pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
- Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of pricing concepts and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to develop and deliver price strategy presentations or analyses
- Ability to communicate solicitation requirements effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- US base salary range: $74,880.00 - $93,600.00 plus bonus and benefits
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
- Individual pay within the range is based on work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
