Overview
This role involves preparing reports and analyzing total company sales, average selling prices (ASP), and price impact summaries. The position requires a strong understanding of national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, individual facilities, and medical surgical dealers to develop reports and analysis tools that support effective pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and approve pricing for national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, and individual facilities within assigned territories.
- Develop and prepare reports to analyze sales, average selling prices, and price impact.
- Maintain, review, and analyze floor price, authorization levels, and distributor pricing.
- Maintain electronic contract master files and contract logs.
- Assist in preparing, reporting, and analyzing monthly sales rebates and administrative fees.
- Provide technical expertise for enterprise systems and sales reporting software.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with sales reporting and analysis software such as Impromptu, Cognos, SAP, or Access is preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of the orthopedic business environment and industry.
- Advanced oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or
- Associate's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of related experience.
- Preference for candidates with a completed Bachelor's degree and experience in an analyst or accounting function.
Travel
- Up to 20% travel expected.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected compensation range: $64,500 to $80,500 plus target bonus.
