Overview
This Pricing Analyst role involves leveraging data, analytics, and market insights to influence pricing and contracting strategies for key customer relationships. The position supports cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and account management teams to help shape competitive pricing decisions that deliver value for both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing, contract, and customer performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support profitable growth.
- Project financial and commercial outcomes of pricing changes, customer proposals, contract renewals, promotions, and rebate programs.
- Develop pricing and contracting models to evaluate scenarios, test business assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with account management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights supporting customer negotiations.
- Create customer-facing presentations and analytics communicating pricing recommendations, contract performance, and value realization.
- Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing strategies and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor pricing compliance, profitability, discount structures, and contract performance through reporting and trend analysis.
- Improve pricing tools, dashboards, databases, and analytic processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making speed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or business decision support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, or data visualization.
- Experience cleansing, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to support business decisions.

- USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD
- US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD
- US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD
- US15: $74,100 - $108,600 USD
- US20: $77,300 - $113,300 USD
- US30: $83,700 - $122,700 USD
