Overview
A leading organization in plasma collection is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. This role combines technical expertise with strategic insight to influence financial decisions and optimize pricing strategies. The position reports to the Associate Director, Pricing, and Business AI Lead and offers autonomy in managing end-to-end analyses, from data sourcing to delivering strategic recommendations. The role is remote/virtual, supporting flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to connect raw data sources, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Assess pricing performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers, fee levels, and donor groups
- Support pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and visualization development
- Develop machine learning models to improve operational efficiency and donor insights, including segmentation, retention prediction, and elasticity modeling
- Manage the experimentation lifecycle, including design, analysis, and scaling of successful strategies, while establishing best practices in analytics and data storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Continuously identify opportunities for analytical improvements and automation to support business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, pricing, strategy, or forecasting with demonstrated impact
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and causal inference
- Proficiency in PySpark, Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills for rapid and detailed analysis
- Experience with machine learning models including supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive analytics, and segmentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business insights
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with agility and proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in plasma collection or healthcare-related analytics is a plus
