Overview
An organization is seeking experienced retail pricing professionals for part-time, flexible contract work supporting AI research. This role involves leveraging expertise in pricing strategy, markdown planning, and competitive price monitoring to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that enhances AI understanding of real-world retail pricing workflows. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be performed alongside other work commitments.
Responsibilities
- Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail pricing workflows using domain expertise
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to pricing and markdown practices
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI model performance
- Complete tasks independently at your own pace with no fixed schedule or minimum hours
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail pricing or price management, such as Pricing Analyst or Senior Pricing Manager roles
- Practical experience with workflows including tariff pricing, competitive price monitoring, and markdown optimization
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
