Overview

This role supports the B2B Payments sales cycle by assisting with the creation of pricing and related artifacts for client deals. The Pricing Strategist helps drive pricing strategy through analytical insights derived from historical pricing proposal data and competitor information. Regular collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders is required to gather inputs needed for pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the B2B Payments sales cycle by completing financial modeling for client opportunities and preparing all required pricing artifacts to support the sales and proposal process.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and incorporate inputs required to complete comprehensive financial models and pricing proposals.
  • Design, build, and maintain an organized database of client pricing proposals, ensuring historical pricing information and relevant competitive pricing intelligence are captured and available for future analysis and reference.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc pricing analytics on previous client proposals and available competitor pricing information to identify insights that provide strategic guidance and improve sales positioning.

  • Serve as a strategic liaison with Finance and Solution Management, partnering to maintain, refine, and update the library of pricing proposal artifacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) and 3+ years of experience
  • 2+ years in Treasury Management
  • 2+ years in financial/business analyst role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing analytical data models and building structured datasets to support reporting, insights, and decision-making
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedures and driving change management initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
  • Eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan
  • Base pay offered will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
